Terms & Conditions:

1.     Eligibility:  Amateur & Professional Photographers who are Vietnamese citizens or Foreigners.

2.     Deadline: from Feb 16, 2010 to May 10, 2010

3.     Photo requirements

• Photos taken by digital cameras, normal cameras, or cell phones... and must be sent to us by digital softcopy.
• Edition by professional software limited to: Brightness, contrast, size only
• Photos must be noted with capture time, subject, photo name. Explanations on characters, contexts are encouraged. 
• To join the contest, you are required to send photos, photo names, and personal information including: name, ID no., address, phone number and email to Vinperlland Marketing Department.

      -    In person or via post (by CD and developed photos) to: Vinpearlland Marketing Department, 8F, Tower B, Vincom City Tower – 191 Ba Trieu Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Subject of emails or envelops must be "Submission to Photo Contest – Beautiful Moments at Vinpearl Land".

• Each person may submit multiple photos, each of which should be 2 megapixel at minimum.
• You must send photos that they copyright for, and those photos were never sent to any other photo contests. You have to be responsible according to law provision and relevant parties for any dispute concerning photo copyright.
• You are required to send only photos that you own the copy right and that you have never sent to any other photo competitions. Photographers must be responsible to laws and concerned parties in case of any dispute over copyright.
• Vinpearlland JSC and the photographers shall be co-owner of the copyright of the photos. (Participating the contest constitutes sharing the ownership of the photos with Vinpearlland).
• Vinpearlland shall own the copyright of the winning photos and winners are prohibited to submit such photos to any other competitions.
  

4.     Prizes

• 1 First Prize                   $1000
• 1 Second Prize                $500
• 1 Third Prize                    $400
• 1 Forth Prize                    $300
• 20 Consolation prizes       $100/each
  

5.    Winner announcement: May 31, 2010, on website www.vinpearlland.com

6.     Prize claim duration

• Within 1 month after the winner announcement date
